From the very first call, we knew Cody was someone who loved his profession and put his all into doing what was right for the customer he was representing. He was thorough in providing the competitive listings in the
area. He was attentive, and his communication was frequent and on point. He was patient when we had questions and provided us with feedback in a manner we could understand. We know our home wouldn’t have sold if he wasn’t our realtor, as there was a problem with our title that if he hadn’t have had prior expertise in that area, the home sale would have taken too long, and we would have lost the sale of the home.
Code was excellent in every area, and we will recommend him to any of our family and friends looking to buy or sell a home. We will reach back out to him when we are ready to purchase our next home. For now, we are living the RV life!
