We bought a ten acre piece of land through Mr. Kerr prior to purchasing the subject of this survey. Through him we have availed ourselves of refined computer data base searches tailored to our requests. Simple requests to him for refinement of our search have been compiled with rapidity. Personal, telephone, mail, and digital communication with him have been excellent. He has sent out a frequent and regular news letter to us which has been helpful and informative.
Mr. Kerr came along with another professional and personally walked to the four corners of our 40+ acre farm in Spring of 2019. Afterwards, he supplied a superlative printed market analysis packet to us based upon his extended visit and investigation. The content was loaded with professionally done pictures and informative content. The last time we dealt with a Realtor was 21 years ago–there is no comparison between that service then and what Mr. Kerr provided now.
He’s not pushy. He’s not profane. He’s not sloppy, in dress or demeanor. He never talks down other Realtors. He defends the Realty business and is obviously satisfied with and enthusiastic about his career. He is knowledgeable about the Realty process. He is articulate. We always felt comfortable in his presence and confident that what he said was beneficial to us. We trusted him and he came through for us with the property we wanted. In short: he exudes integrity.
