I had previously met Cody and he was a nice and upright guy. He also came highly recommended by my son after he helped them with buying their home. After he came to my home to evaluate my needs, he proved himself to me to be knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to my input and was faithful to develop the plan according to my needs.
It was a difficult process for reasons outside of our control. Cody handled each aspect promptly, efficiently and correctly.
When he evaluated the property, he informed me that it was eligible for subdivision and made all the necessary contacts for me to pursue that option. I ended up not doing the subdivision but very much appreciate the opportunity to explore it. It would have been good to know a long time ago.
